As the world returns to a more cautious way of interacting with one another…Stellarvision Business Solutions is venturing out into the field. The Covid-19 pandemic left many entrepreneurs unable to adapt, improvise and overcome its’ devastating effects. Crowd restrictions, no indoor dining, sports or entertainment. Huge changes were made to the way we conduct business. Those that were unable or unwilling to make the adjustments were cast into a sea of doubt, despair, and dissolvement.
One of the hallmarks of our business is engaging the public, connecting with people, positioning ourselves where the crowds are. That type of business model was greatly affected. So as our partners begin to widen their doors to the public, so too is our presence accepted onsite. We are venturing back on the field to make available our customers valuable goods and services.
Our latest client, the FCC, is making available valuable goods and services to a specific class of consumers.
Lifeline Assistance Program Overview
Recognizing the important benefits associated with phone access and concerned that low-income households may not be able to afford phone service on their own, the federal government created the Lifeline Assistance program in 1985. Consumers who qualify based on federal or state-specific eligibility criteria can obtain discounted or free phone/tablet/Wi-Fi service through the Lifeline Assistance program.
We are looking for Field Agents to collect data, provide excellent customer service and meet quotas. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make consumers feel welcome will stand out. You will help identify consumer qualifications, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential consumer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.
As a Lifeline Agent, you will be an integral part of a mobile force. You’ll be primarily enrolling new consumers at sidewalk tents, special events, and targeted locations. If you think you’re ready to get back on the field connect with us here.
